The offered Leeb or ultrasonic hardness testers from MC Group Messgeräte & Maschinen are based on impact, impression and UCI measurement technology. MC Group measuring devices & machines Leeb hardness testers and ultrasonic hardness testers test the hardness non-destructively according to the above-mentioned hardness test methods. The test methods mentioned enable quick and mobile measurement with a Leeb hardness tester or an ultrasonic hardness measuring device, as a supplement to the classic stationary hardness test. Thanks to the compact and different measuring probes, the devices can also be used in difficult test positions and component geometries. Areas of application are e.g. incoming goods inspection, mix-up check, production control, quality assurance, weld inspection, cut edge inspection, gear wheel inspection, maintenance on installed components. |
